Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned special orders and bespoke and upholstered items (which include mixed tension mattresses and custom made upholstery pieces) made specifically for you. These Special Order items CANNOT be returned unless faulty. Also for hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned once the packaging has been removed.

Standard delivery near Glasgow and surrounding areas is within a week 3 to 5 business days more specifically. On other post code it varies and depends on post code like Aberdeen or Inverness deliveries take to 2 to 3 weeks time.
